"Growing up in Trenton, New Jersey, Cel was rarely away from either of those inspirational people. While his father and mother were at work, Cel stayed with his grandmother. Much of what he did was with her, and she – along with his parents –taught him what it meant to be a man of integrity and to care for others around him. Between the three of them, they taught young Cel a love for music and the right way to dream for the future."
